Domain expiry monitoring
Free domain monitoring: expiry warnings 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day ahead, and alerts when a domain's registrar, nameservers or status change.

Why domains lapse
Domains expire because a card on file expired, the renewal email went to a former colleague, or auto-renew was never switched on. When it happens the website and the email both stop, and a lapsed domain can be registered by someone else.
What we watch
Once a day we read the domain's public registration record. We note its expiry date, registrar, nameservers and registry status, and compare them with the day before.
When you are warned
You are warned 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before the expiry date, told when a renewal moves the date forward, and alerted when the registrar, nameservers or registry status change, or when the domain can no longer be found.
Changes nobody asked for
A nameserver or registrar change you did not make can be the first sign that a domain account has been compromised. A daily comparison means you hear about it the next day, not when the site disappears.
Free, and not a trial
Domain monitoring is included on every Zinn Digital® account at no cost. Domains registered or hosted with us are added automatically; any other domain can be added by name.
The first reading of a new domain is a baseline and sends no alert. We read public registration data, so a registry that does not publish it cannot be watched.
Host the site with us too
Zinn® Uptime lives in the same account as Zinn Digital® Hosting: one login, one bill, and the sites you host with us sit right beside the ones you watch. Hosting comes with a 99.9% monthly availability guarantee, credited in one click if we miss it.
Monitoring and domain watching are free on every Zinn Digital® account, hosting or not.
